ROSCOE — The Stateline Chamber of Commerce is seeking a new chamber executive director.
After only 10 weeks on the job, the chamber has parted ways with executive director Jason Walters, an email to chamber members stated.
Walters was hired as executive director of the chamber in October after a two-month search process. Walters previously held positions with the American Red Cross of Northwestern Illinois and the YMCA of the Rock River Valley.
“We have experienced a few changes at the office over the last four months, but are confident that the foundation we have built over the last two years will give our next executive director something to build on,” the email from the chamber board of directors stated. “During this transition period, we will remain responsive to your needs while keeping the office open during normal business hours.”
Candidates interested in the Executive Director position should send a cover letter, resume, and salary requirements to email@example.com for consideration.
